  • Inquiries on orders ?
    All inquiries on orders will result in cancellation. But why ? I just do not enjoy being constantly asked about when something will be shipped, because if I provide a timeframe and it doesn't come , then its another email over and over and it could of been shipped but delayed by shipping carriers. I like to provide as much insight on the process of producing my items, so that customers can understand the handcrafted process and the reason for the delay I hope this helps . Lastly, If I am contacted in regards after the customer has signed the agreement at checkout, I will cancel the order and the customer willl be placed on a "DNST" list unfortunately Please respect the CRAFT - thebagjunkishop Everything is made with LOVE .
  • How long does it take to receive my order ?
    Please expect a Delay with all orders. All Items are Made to Order. There is a Production TimeFrame and a Shipping TimeFrame. As of 2024 , Please expect a serious delay with orders as everything is made to order and orders are not rushed at all, if you cannot wait , please do not order . Most orders are shipped out within 5 weeks depending on the item but please expect up to 16 weeks on most orders. I just have to place a long timeframe for orders for protection. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee if you are in a time crunch but if i was not contacted prior, Order will be canceled. Orders are not rushed at all. Clothing, Some Bags, and non Bag items ship out much faster if ordered alone - meaning do not order with a custom bag as that will delay the order. This is a Handmade Business and Mass Quantities are not Ready to Ship Out, since it is all Handmade and Customizable.
  • Terms and Conditions- Why are they Important ?
    Terms and Contions are needed based on Organization for the company and for Customers. Boundaries have to be established in order to control issues but mainly to inform the customers of how the business is operated and protected.   • Are all Sales Final ?
    Yes, Everything is Handmade. If items show delivered, It is not the responsibility of The Bagjunki Shop- There is no way to verify the Shipment as it shows correct on our end !
  • Do you accept Returns ?
    Great Question . Unfortunately, Many of the items listed on this website are handmade and therefore returns will not be accepted at all. I will not refund if you thought it was going to be shipped out faster- No Exceptions ! However, If there is an issue on the company side, then we will accomodate the customer. No Refunds or Exchanges of any kind at all .

  • Signature Delivery ? Do I need to add to my Order ?
    Signature Delivery is a more stable option that is available for shipment , as the Mail handler requires a signature for completion. This is a better option to make sure that you actually receive the package personally. If the package shows delivered and you do not have it, It is hard to verify the truth and plus its not fair to send out again unfortunately based on dishonesty . The Owner will determine if I will make the items again and send to customer but its based on her discretion I would prefer to add in order to reduce issues.
